Returns & Exchanges

Please note that personalized albums cannot be returned or exchanged due to their custom nature.

However, albums with non-personalized titles may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

If your album arrives damaged or faulty, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We reserve the right to decline replacement or return requests submitted after the 7-day period or without sufficient proof of the problem.
